Lynch Strategy & Communications Pty Ltd (LS&C) provides issues and crisis management services, media relations, strategic planning and facilitation globally, but specialising in Australasia and Asia.
Before forming LS&C in late 1997, Richard (Dick) Lynch was with BHP for 34 years, the last 16 of which were spent in the management of strategic planning in both the Transport, Trading and International Steel areas. In this latter role he was responsible for the strategic planning of the overseas expansion of a multi national organisation into North America and Asia.
In February 1999 Kym Lynch joined LS&C. Prior to this she held various senior public affairs positions in a large multinational organisation, her last being Group Manager Public Affairs and Employee Communications. She was also Director of the organisation's Public Affairs Centre crisis and emergency management team 1992 to 1999.
